Management is the process of organize and overseeing the activities in an rule which ensures that organizational goals are met (Robbins, Bergman, Stagg & Coulter, 2009). It is due to its amply importance that several theories regarding circumspection defend evolved through the years. Henri Fayol was a French engineer/ executive director who wrote almost eight decades ago, provides an of the essence(predicate) landmark in the phylogeny of management theory (Wren, 1995). Henri Fayols four autobusial functions admit political platformning, organizing, leading, and controlling. However it is questionable as to whether these theories can be connect to the managers in todays humanity. Furthermore, a question of catholicity of management is raised in todays world to identify the similarities among managers. SS Bank, prosecute in banking services, where Mr. S operates as a middle aim manager and is accountable to the prexy of SS Bank. The second manager I interviewed was discharge N who is an assistant manager in PC. PC is a multinational Auditing firm. Miss N is the first origination manager and she is directly affect with coaching the newly hired employees and her job is to review and decompose the fieldwork.\nNowadays all fortunate business requires proviso. The business plan is a series of activities, which engage to be performed in order to earn the organizations long-term goals. All departments should watch their respective business plans with objectives and strategies to achieve those overall organizational objectives (Pryor & Taneja, 2010).
